GnuPG is a complete and free replacement for PGP. Because it does not use the patented IDEA algorithm, it can be used without any restrictions. GnuPG is a RFC2440 (OpenPGP) compliant application. http://sourceforge.net/projects/winfilecrypt/ A simple Win32 application to encrypt and checksum files of any size. Uses 3DES cipher-block-chained encryption, with a 128 bit key. It makes it dirt simple to protect your sensitive files. Good for sending things over unsecured email, stuff like that. My review: Sweet! This thing is crazy fast and crazy easy. A must have for sending plain text, ms word, and acrobat docs via email securely. In some cases, I've actually sent an entire message...

A friend of mine mentioned a blog site to me and said it was absolutely hilarious, and that I had to check it out. He said to look for an article mentioning "stretchy things" or something of the sort. The blog was called "The Tard Blog" and it's a blog written by a real life special education teacher. In 8 minutes, it will be Monday, the first day of my new, self-employed life. I will be working from the comfort of my own home-office, wearing whatever I want, putting in whatever hours I feel are necessary (basically all 24 in the day), and basically just busting my own ass at my own pace for my own benefit; yeehaw!

I am Jeremy Helms, 28 year old graphic designer, web designer, site architect, programmer, copywriter and ambitious entrepreneur. I was born and live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This site is my personal periodical for design, code, business and other topics. When I'm not glued to the computer, I enjoy music, movies, late-night television and sometimes a good night out on the town with friends.
I began professional work in the IT industry 13 years ago in September, 1995. I started my first business in 1998, incorporated my second business in 2001, my third in 2002 and my fourth and most recent in 2006. I am a sponge — I am constantly exploring and learning — about business, design, programming, history, society, and whatever pops up on blogs across the web.
